Students’ Union

What does CEPI mean?

The students’ union for the English Language Pedagogy for Primary and Secondary Education program, also known as CEPI after its name in Spanish (Centro de Estudiantes de Pegagogía en Inglés), is the organization in charge of representing the program’s students before UC authorities.

The first CEPI was elected on November 20th 2018 in an open assembly with all the students admitted in 2018. The members of the students’ union were inaugurated on Friday November 20th in a ceremony that took place in the Faculty of Education. This group of students led the CEPI during the 2018-2019 period.

Following the example of other student bodies and FEUC, elections to choose the CEPI for 2019-2020 had to be postponed until the beginning of the 2020 academic year because of the national social crisis in October 2019.
